Pu R.H. Lalherliana preferred Second Appeal to the Chief Information Commission against the SPIO, DC Office, Kolasib on ground of not taking necessary action on his RTI application dt. 01.07.2022.

Hearing was held on 26.10.2022 (Wednesday). After hearing both the parties, the Commission directs that the SPIO & Additional Deputy Commissioner, DC’s Office, Kolasib shall provide theinformation, free of cost, to the appellant not later than 04.11.2022 (Friday).
