The appellant submitted Second Appeal dt. 13.03.2022 to MIC stating that he was denied information by the respondent with regard to the funds received under Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK). Hearing was scheduled to be held on 06.06.2022 (Monday). However, since the appellant was furnished information by the respondent before the date of hearing, the appellant withdrew his Second Appeal.
