The appellant submitted Second Appeal dt. 01.07.2022 to MIC stating that he was denied information by the respondent with regard to matters relating to Economically Weaker Section (EWS). Hearing was held on 10.08.2022 (Wednesday). After hearing both the parties, the Commission directed that the SPIO, GAD shall give replies to the appellant within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of order dt. 12.08.2022.
