The appellant submitted Second Appeal dt. 21.09.2022 to MIC stating that she was furnished incomplete information by the respondent with regard to Actual Payee Receipts (APRs) of compensation disbursed at Lawngtlai.

Hearing was held on 17.10.2022 (Monday). After hearing both the parties, the Commission decided that the SPIO, DC office, Lawngtlai shall provide details of payments made to all recipients of compensation through bank accounts, free of cost, to the appellant within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of order dt. 18.10.2022.
