Pu K.C. Lalthansanga, Mission Veng submitted RTI application to the SPIO & Jt. Director (Admn.), Higher & Technical Education Department on 05.02.2023 via Mizoram RTI Online.

The SPIO furnished reply on 22.03.2023.

Not satisfied with the reply received from the SPIO, the appellant preferred First Appeal to the DAA. However, the DAA did not take any action on the matter. 

The appellant preferred Second Appeal to this Commission on 04.05.2023. Hearing was conducted on 22.05.2023 wherein the respondent informed that she accidentally did not attach all the required document and apologized for the mistake on their part.

The Commission the directs that SPIO & Jt. Director (Admn), Higher & Technical Education Department shall provide the information, free of cost, to the appellant immediately, in any case, not later than 29.05.2023 (Monday).
