The appellant submitted Second Appeal dt. 15.07.2022 to MIC stating that he was denied information by the respondent on 2 (two) points out of the information requested on 9 (nine) points pertaining to sale proceeds of lottery tickets. Hearing was held on 26.07.2022 (Wednesday). After hearing both the parties, the Commission decided that the SPIO & Joint Director, IF&SL shall furnish the information about the sale proceeds, free of cost, to the appellant within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of order dt. 26.07.2022.
