Pu K. Thangremsiam, Kanan Veng sought information from the SPIO & Development Officer, SRDC on 12.01.2023. As the appellant was not furnished any information during the stipulated period, he preferred First Appeal to the DAA on 01.03.2023. In connection with the First Appeal submitted, the SPIO the furnished information only on 09.03.2023. 

Being not satisfied with the information provided, the appellant preferred Second Appeal to Mizoram Information Commission on 13.03.2023. 

Hearing was held on 05.04.2023 wherein the Commission directs the SPIO, SRDC to provide the information to the appellant at the earliest, free of cost, in any case, not later than 1 (one) week with a copy to Mizoram Information Commission
