The appellant submitted RTI application via Mizoram RTI Online on 14.07.2022 to the SPIO & Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department seeking information on 3 (three) points.
The SPIO furnished reply on 02.09.2022 giving information for only point no. 1 and 2.
The appellant not satisfied with the information received from the SPIO preferred First Appeal on 07.02.2022.
As the DAA did not take action on the matter, the matter was brought to Mizoram Information Commission on 13.05.2023.
Hearing was held on 29.05.2023 wherein the Commission directs the SPIO to transfer point no. 3 of the RTI application to the concerned SPIO immediately.
